NEW YORK, March 15, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nasdaq Stock Market NDAQ announced today that it has notified Yandex NV wyndx that its securities be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on March 24, unless the company appeals to the Listing Qualifications Hearing Panel. Until any appeals are resolved, the securities will remain halted and unavailable for trading, and the securities will be delisted from Nasdaq. Securities may be eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market after being delisted from Nasdaq.
Nasdaq will file Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. Delisting becomes effective ten days after Form 25 is filed.
