Waterfront home briefly listed at $60,000 per month went up for sale in June for $14 million (and later reduced to $12.5 million) while the seven-time Super Bowl winner was still living there in the midst of his high-profile divorce from model Gisele Bündchen.

Meanwhile, Brady is living in Surfside in Miami, where Bündchen bought a propertyuntil construction is completed on his custom-built mansion.
