Tom Brady lashes out at construction plans he made with Gisele Bündchen

The Post has learned that Tom Brady has abandoned the completed construction and design plans he made with Gisele Bündchen for what was believed to be their shared marital home.

The now-divorced couple bought land on the exclusive Indian Creek Island in 2020 for $17 million.

At the time, floor plans obtained by The Post revealed that the home would include everything from a yoga terrace, an organic garden, a meditation garden and a pickleball court — to his and hers bathroom suites, a main kitchen, a prep kitchen, To expand and an outdoor kitchen. No details were omitted.

But those plans have been completely shelved.

According to records obtained by The Post show, “According to Florida law the work on improvements with respect to the property as the following described property has been terminated … The notice of termination shall be effective on the date of execution.”

The documents state that “people performing work on the property have been paid and all lieners have been paid in full for work and materials.”

New plans have been made for what Brady hopes to be his own luxe bachelor pad.

The now-retired NFL star took out a $35 million construction loan with an 8.25% annual interest rate to start the new project.

The documents state that their latest home will be “a new two-story single family residence with security building, gym, cabanas, pool, sport court, emergency, landscaping, septic system.”

Brady and Bündchen announced their divorce last year, and the two plan to co-parent their children in South Florida. Bündchen and Brady’s marital home will span 17,000 square feet. But Brady’s bachelor pad is expected to land on more than 20,200 square feet, records show.

The previous layout of the 2-acre plot was similar, only slightly smaller.

In October, The Post reported that construction was stopped in the midst of their divorce, in which Brady was eventually awarded the Indian Creek Island property.

Prior to their divorce, they rented a four-bedroom, 4,300-square-foot waterfront home nearby. Later, Brady signs a lease for a luxury condo in the oceanfront Fendi Chateau residence building in Surfside.

Meanwhile, Bündchen plunked down $11.5 million through a trust for a waterfront teardown in Surfside — across the water — from Brady’s construction project, records show. This 6,600 sq ft home was built in 1981.
