Renowned landscape artist, photographer and former Ford model Kate Corderson listing my lenox hill apartment for $2.5 million.
He bought it with my late husbandJohn Cordeson in 2012, for $1.78 million, according to property records.
The three-bedroom co-op at 333 E. 68th St. is in a building that dates back to 1928.
Cordesan is known for capturing landscapes through a mixture of photography and painting.
She began working on the runway and in print with Japanese designers Rei Kawakubo, Issey Miyake and Yohji Yamamoto.
While her studio is in Chelsea, at 526 W 26th St, Cordeson says the unit has been a “showcase” for her work.

“I would bring in the finished works, be with them and essentially bring them back to the studio to continue the process,” she said. “It’s bittersweet to sell my apartment. It’s such a lovely, old-world place and has been the setting for many art-world gatherings, dinners and salons. I love the working fireplace, coffered ceilings and large arched windows. It looks very European.
James Hall of Compass has the listing.
