The newest tenant at Rudin’s “re-imagined” 80 Pine Street is the nonprofit Vibrant Emotional Health, which just signed on for nearly 60,000 square feet—nearly double its current location at 50 Broadway, where the It will go ahead later this year.
Asking rent was in the mid-$50s per square foot.
Rudin’s 1.2 million square foot tower overlooks nearly 200,000 square feet New leases, extensions and renewals throughout the last year.
Vibrant has actively promoted emotional wellness for over 50 years. It is the administrator of the National 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (988 Lifeline) and the National Disaster Crisis Hotline, among other services.
Rudin has worked with Fogarty Finger Architecture Renovation of the ground floor spaces of 80 Pine Street which now features white terrazzo floors, white oak paneled walls, energy efficient LED lighting and new lift cabs. A new facility will soon be built on the 22nd and 23rd floors.
