The once unassuming neighborhood is now home to hotels, upmarket restaurants, etc. Booming towards luxury fashion boutique, The latest arrivals are luxury clothing brands Maje and Sandro, which have signed retail leases at Aurora Capital Associates’ 405 W 13th St. Each store will have approximately 2,500 sq ft on the ground and 2,100 sf on the lower level.
The stores are to open early next year.
