The Post has learned that Lauren Sanchez’s ex-husband, top talent agent Patrick Whitesell, completely transferred his Washington estate to her following the completion of their divorce.
The former couple bought this sprawling 7,000-square-foot Mercer Island home for $6.2 million in 2017 — a year before Sanchez, 53, had an affair with Jeff Bezos.

Specifically, records show that the residence was transferred to Sanchez in May 2020 after their divorce was finalized in October 2019.
It’s also the home that Sanchez used to travel to see the owner of Amazon, which was minutes from his home Madina Estate, sources told The Post.
sanchez was in a 8 months old affair with Bezos, 59, before falling out as a couple in April 2019 while both were still married to their respective partners.
“They would both sneak around the area – they had access to the location,” said the source.


Today, the six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom estate is worth at least $10 million.
The estate is located on the west side of Mercer Island and has a 60 ft Low Bank Waterfont.
Situated on half an acre, the previous listing noted how “rare permanently protected views and privacy” surrounded by lush gardens.
Sanchez was married to Whitesell, 58, for about 15 years. Bezos married Mackenzie Scott, 53, at the age of 25.
