Jenny from the Block finally got her permanent block.
Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck solidified their new home base after paying cash for a $60.8 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California.
After several homes went in and out of escrow for years, they finally closed their house-hunting chapter with a 46,000-square-foot, 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home on Wallingford Drive.
And it looks like they got a deal. The 90210 estate, which sits on 5.2 acres of land, last went up for sale in early May for $75 million. But the house has been on and off since 2018.
In 2018, it hit the market for $135 million. The home was developed by Gala Asher, a Los Angeles-based exclusive developer.
Before Bennifer closed on the home, the property was listed for $300,000 a month in rent.
Known as the Wallingford Estate, this home has mountain views.
It also has a sports complex, described as “one of a kind” from the previous list, which includes an indoor sports complex with basketball, pickle ball, a gym, a boxing ring, and a sports lounge.
The estate is just minutes from the prestigious Beverly Hills Hotel and 20 minutes from Van Nuys Private Airport for when both want to leave for other destinations.
The property also has an additional 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a two-bedroom guard house.
Other amenities include a 12-car garage and parking for up to 80 cars, a zero-edge pool, and expansive grounds.
