Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner could see price hikes in their already high-priced rentals in Miami Beach.
Their six-bedroom, eight-bathroom oceanfront unit currently retails for an estimated $47,000 a month. But with a new landlord – thanks to the unit just changing hands wall street journal — There is a possibility that their rent may go up further.
Located in Arte, a newly constructed 16-unit condominium in Surfside, the development is already sold out.
The 6,975 sq ft unit was first listed for sale in March 2021 for $17 million. It has since been on and off the market.
In October, it was last listed for $18.8 million. The new buyer paid $17 million for the property – $1.8 million less than his previous asking price.
“ARTE is a piece of surfside real estate that many buyers view as a piece of art for their homes collection,” Douglas Elliman’s Miltiadis Kastanis said in a statement. “The architecture, interior design, level of finish and dedication towards service have endeared ARTE to a lot of buyers and helped it to scale the price range.”







“These residences have become some of the most sought after in Miami and after successful sales, I continue to get calls from the most affluent buyers and their agents around the world asking if any of the landlords would consider selling,” says Kastanis.
Trump, 41, and Kushner, 42, rented the residence shortly after they bid farewell to the White House in January 2021.
The new owner’s real estate agent, Ohad Fisherman of Society Real Estate, told the Journal that the client is looking forward to taking over his lease, which is expected to expire in March.
It is unclear whether the couple is planning to renovate.
The unit includes two Gaggenau and Poliform gourmet kitchens with gas cooking, two family rooms, two deep terraces in Ipe and a two-car temperature-controlled garage.
A private stairway leads to the spa, fitness and poolside oceanfront amenities.
“It’s lived in like a home within a full-service ultra-luxe complex,” the listing says.
Kastanis, along with Dina Goldentare of Douglas Elymas, is the sales agent involved in the transaction.
