House music artist DJ John Summit just bought a $1.65 million Miami condo

One of house music’s most successful breakout artists, DJ John Summitt, kicked off this month’s Miami Music Week with the purchase of a residence at the Marquis in Downtown Miami for $1.65 million, The Post has learned.

Composed of three bedrooms and four baths, the nearly 2,400-square-foot spread offers panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

Located at 1100 Biscayne Blvd, amenities include two private elevators that open directly into the unit, an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass and ceramic floors – plus two master suites with frameless glass En-suite shower, dual sinks and walk-in closet.

There’s also Crestron audio and lighting, linear diffusers, a custom built-in bar, and a hidden projector in the living room.

Building amenities include a spa, a fitness center, pool, 24-hour concierge/valet and services by Gabriel Hotels.
