Talk about a real life dollhouse.
An abandoned and hidden house has been discovered – and it was found to be filled with hundreds of spooky dolls and children’s toys.
Professional urban explorer Dave, who runs Freaktography.com, had to travel to the middle of nowhere to find property in Ontario, Canada.
On the floor of every room were stuffed animals, many of which were dismembered animals. Meanwhile, the dolls were scattered across the front yard.
“This abandoned house is possibly one of the strangest and most remote places for a random house I’ve ever visited!” Dave said.
“Judging by the growth of the trees and the condition of the old driveway, it appears that it’s been decades since someone lived in this house, although some of the items look a bit more modern, but only then did I realize that the ’90s The decade was 30 years ago and things made a bit more sense.
Dave speculates that several of the toys are from the ’90s, while viewing photos of others suggests that they are also from the “old 1980s”.
He said that the journey to reach the house was difficult, as the path was “extremely hilly and many large trees blocked the way.”
Dave said the tall trees help keep intruders out.
The house is in pretty shabby condition and has been exposed to the natural elements over the years. The peeling paint, vegetation growth and rust on all the toys and furniture indicate that the property has been abandoned for quite some time.
Dave continued, “Every room I went into, it seemed like creepy dolls and stuffed animals were staring at me.”
The footage shows an old staircase with a doll sitting at the bottom, followed by other toys scattered all over the stairs.
Items such as Disney figurines, religious items, books, and pictures are seen throughout the secluded property.
The dreaded hypodermic syringes can still be seen in their packages.
With 83,600 YouTube subscribers, many of Dave’s viewers found the house haunted and depressing.
“Difficult! The doll on the left in the opening sequence looks like Baby Shivers. On the right are visible pieces of cabbage,” commented a viewer.
Another said, “From the looks of it all old 1980s.”
“Great location for a scary movie!” Someone else wrote.
Another said: ‘What a strange place… all those toys but not much adult trinkets and that sort of thing. Those two kids on the outside left look so real.
“Dave’s the sketchy house here. So many dolls. This couple was looking like a barbie doll. Saw some Cabbage Patch dolls too,” said a user named Claire.
