Tao Jun and Peng Tao, joint tenants only took four months after they bought foreclosure home for $8 million before deciding to put it back on the market.
Jun and Tao have not moved in themselves and it appears that they have cleared out most of Girardi and Jane’s belongings – with the exception of some furniture and books in the library.
Composed of four bedrooms and six baths, the approximately 10,300-square-foot mansion is situated on 2 acres of land adjacent to the Annandale Golf Club.
Initially listed for $13 million, the home first spent a year and a half on the market until it sold the following November five different price cuts,

Girardi bought the property back in 1980 for only $1.3 million.
