Clive Davis sells NYC home just 2 years after buying it

Clive Davis is out of 108 Leonard St. almost as fast as he bought into it.

The 91-year-old music legend sold his fifth-floor Tribeca pad in the historic building for $4.6 million, As per city property records, This is almost the same price as the $4.59 million he paid for it in 2021.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bath pad is 2,448 square feet. It opens to a foyer and features a corner great room with 12-foot ceilings and lots of windows. Details include wide plank oak floors, an open chef’s kitchen and lots of storage.

The 16-storey landmark building of the 19th century was Designed by McKim, Mead & White, Before that it was once the grand headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company converted to condos in 2018,

The massive building spans the block between Lafayette Street and Broadway, and comes with a “paparazzi-proof” garage and three separate entrances.

Davis, a five-time Grammy winner, is the subject of a documentary currently streaming on Netflix called “Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives.”
