Clean Energy Executive Steven Lempera Sells Miami Beach Home for $7.89M

Steven Lempera, investor and president of clean energy company Future Environmental Inc., is selling his Miami Beach perch for $7.89 million, the Post has learned, fetching a record amount for a non-penthouse unit.

His company Future Environment focuses on effective waste management solutions.

A three-bedroom, five-bathroom residence in the luxe Portofino tower before a buyer took off just two weeks after it was listed on February 21.

Occupying approximately 4,800 sq ft, the unit is fully furnished by Italian brand Visionnaire.

The listing notes that there are four terraces and a flow-through plan.

The primary bedroom is a glass hexagon and features a walk-in closet with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a 90-inch movie screen, and a soaking tub overlooking the ocean.

Amenities include a kitchen with waterfront views — plus upscale Miele and Viking appliances — a wet bar with marble tubs, Manoi chandeliers, Rolls-Royce-style ceiling lighting, and Creston controls and security cameras, the listing notes.

Lempera purchased the unit in 2017 for $2.88 million; He must be running with a huge advantage.

The listing is by Eddy Martinez and Roland Ortiz with Worldwide Group at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

In 2019, when the Florida market was struggling, Lempera snatched up a massive home in Coral Gables at an online auction for $27.8 million—a fraction of what it was worth.

He flipped the house in 2020 for over $40 million.
