(“Bilibili” or the “Company”) Billy, an iconic brand and a leading video community for younger generations in China, today announced that it has completed its previously announced repurchase rights offer relating to its 2027 1.25% Convertible Senior Notes (CUSIP No. 090040AD8) (the “Notes”) completed. The Repurchase Rights Offer expires on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. New York City time. Based on information from Deutsche Bank Trust Company America as the paying agent for the Notes, the total principal amount of the Notes was US$745,907,000. Not validly surrendered and withdrawn before the expiry of the Buyback Rights Offer. The aggregate cash purchase price of these notes is US$745,907,000. The Company has accepted all the notes surrendered for repurchase and dispatched cash in payment of the same to the Paying Agent for delivery to the applicable holders.
