blaise ffrench The is an actor, entrepreneur and now a real estate investor – with 3.5 million followers and counting on Instagram.
After Ffrench made bank by Coca-Cola buying the energy drink, BodyArmor, for $5.6 billion, the investor bought a house on the West Coast in Hollywood.
But Ffrench tells Gimme Shelter that he’s a New Yorker at heart.
He is currently renting out his Hollywood home – temporarily living with his grandmother in Florida – and is in talks to buy a unit in a new luxury building in Greenpoint.
Huron 29 Huron is a 13-story new construction building designed by architect Morris Adjami. This Brooklyn condo is an 824-square-foot one-bedroom with a den that can be converted into a second bedroom — and a 320-square-foot balcony with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline — all for $1.26 million.

“I love this area,” Ffrench told Gimme. “Being a kid from Queens, I love that it’s on the border of Queens, but in a very seedy area of Brooklyn with an amazing view of Manhattan, so it’s the best of both worlds. You don’t lose Can.”
Ffrench says he is currently “in talks” for the apartment. “With interest rates being what they are, I’m just trying to come up with a good number, a fair deal,” he said.
It’s been a busy year for French, who was in the TV series “The Code” and will now be in the upcoming films “Plan B” and “#FamilyMan.”
He’s also working on the Jersey City project after a chance encounter with Nicole Kushner at a Knicks game — and he’s also involved in the first-generation investor program. “I’m learning about real estate and loving it,” he said.
Building amenities include a gym, a pool, a rooftop space, a dining room, and co-working spaces.
